A leader is a person who trains, guide, helps people to go beyond the boundary set by themselves & achieve what they are capable of, create a vision for the future, and maintain good relationships.
Leaders are successful not because of the title they hold. What makes them successful is selflessness. We measure success in how rich we are and how much property we possessed. In the same way, we start working toward earning money but leaders measure success in efforts anyone takes to helps others & journey they have been through to be in the place they right now.

There are many different definitions of a positive attitude but I define positive attitude as a mental state where we constructively thinking with optimism which motivates us and not allowing negative thoughts to be an obstacle in our way to success.

Leaders get up every day and they find every possible way to be close to their dream and push forward with a positive attitude.
When it comes to admitting our mistakes we move one step backward and start blaming it on others. Do leaders respond in a similar way? or they don’t.
